Welcome to another year - 2016. We are a team of three Year 2 classes. Our teachers are: Mrs Le Sueur in Space 10, Mrs East in Space 11 and Mr Lange in Space 12. We have started the year with 73 children. Our goals for the year are to learn and work hard, use our manners and respect each other and have FUN!

The "Building Confidence" swimming group in action today.
Make sure you come and watch us at the Year 1 and 2 swimming sports next week.(Tuesday 6 March at 1.30)
We are getting more confident at putting our head under water and floating and kicking with noodles and kick boards.

Soccer Skills in the Hall
Today Matt from Football Kidz showed us lots of ball skills needed when you play soccer. There is a coaching clinic starting at Chelsea School on Wednesdays before school. There are registration forms at the office. All children from Years 1- 6 can join.

Maths in Space 10
Our first Maths topic for the year is Statistics. We are learning to gather data and record it in different ways and then think, talk and write about the information.
Our next activity was to count the letters in our names. We had to sort ourselves into groups of the same numbers of letters.
