What an awesome day!

Lots of fun activities today with an Indian theme. What a great way to end our learning about India. Many thanks to our Indian families that have shared their food and culture with us. Ask your children to tell you about the activities.

The Taste of India

They ate rice, butter chicken in a chapati roll. It was yum.

Aren't We Clever?

Today was a special day. This morning, while there was no wind or rain, the Bachelors worked in groups to design an Indian rangoli pattern. Ask the children what they used to make their patterns. They should also be able to tell you what is important about these patterns.

Click this link to see all the photos of our rangoli patterns

(Have you noticed that the boys have created some amazing patterns?)

Rangoli patterns

Today every one in the Bachelors made a rangoli pattern on the courts.
