Ambury Farm

What a fabulous day we had down on the farm today! Thanks to all the parents who came with us. A farm in the middle of Auckland city - aren't we lucky! Guess what the highlights for the children were?

Science in the Classroom

More fun while learning how to make new matter out of different ingredients. Space 10 are making their own pikelets and butter with Ms Rodgers.  Space 11 are making Chocolate Crackles with Mrs Le Sueur.
Make some of your own in the holidays. Here's the recipe - it makes enough for about 6 paper cases.
1 cup of rice bubbles
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup of icing sugar
50 grams of Kremelta

Dare. Dream. Do. Congratulations to the winners.

Today the winners of the best costume were awarded a certificate and a small prize by the Chelsea School Council. All the costumes worn by the children on the last day of term were very creative and well thought out - it must have been hard to choose the best!
