Here is the recipe for the cookies. Maybe you could make them over the weekend.
Kiw Cookies (makes about 30)
125g butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice
1. Beat the butter and sugar.
2. Add the egg and beat again.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mixed spice and mix well with a spoon.
4. Roll the dough on a floured board.
5. Cut out shapes.
6. Put on a tray and bake 180 C for 12 - 15 minutes.
7. Cool then ice and decorate with sprinkles etc.
